The Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing to be held on August 17, 2022, during the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit for the Luke property located at 2370 S Daniel Rd. Notice will be sent to property owners within 500′ of the subject property. Public comments and questions are welcome during the public hearing.
