INVITATION TO BID
Vernal City is now accepting sealed bids for the refurbishing of the stucco for the T-Rex Dinosaur Statue located at 727 West Highway 40 in Vernal, Utah (next to the Texaco). The project generally consists of preparing the existing surface of the structure and applying new synthetic stucco according to the project documents.
Sealed bids will be accepted until August 24, 2022, at 4:00 PM. Bids must have a notation on the envelope of “T-Rex Highway 40”. Bids can be mailed or delivered to the office of the Finance Director, Carl Morton, at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah 84078.
Bids will be opened at 4:00 PM, August 24, 2022 at 374 East Main St, Vernal, Utah, and held for review. Vernal City will go through an extensive selection process and the best responsive, responsible bidder will be selected.
Bidders must supply proof of license, insurance policy, W-9, and worker’s compensation. Vernal City reserves the right to accept or deny any or all bids and waive any information or technicality on any bid in the interest of the City and their decision will be final.
