Public Hearing Notice-public Safety Impact Fee Facilities Plan

City of Heber issued the following announcement on May 16.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED PUBLIC SAFETY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE AND TO ADOPT A WRITTEN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN (IFFP), IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS (IFA), AND AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE.

Notice is hereby given that Heber City (the “City”) has prepared a Public Safety Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and a proposed Impact Fee Ordinance. Copies of all the foregoing are available for public review on the Heber City website www.heberut.gov, in the Heber City Administrative Offices located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, and at the Wasatch County Library located at 465 E 1200 S, Heber City, Utah.

Notice is hereby given that the City will hold a Public Hearing on May 31, 2022, beginning at 6:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter, in the Council Chambers located in the Heber City Administrative Offices; 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment for or against the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and the proposed Impact Fee Ordinance. Public Comment can be submitted in person or virtually by joining the meeting online at https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes.
