City of Oakley issued the following announcement on March 15.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding KandK Woolstenhulme Subdivision Plat Amendment. Proposed amendment extends boundaries of Lot 1: Southern boundary by 18 feet and Eastern boundary by 25 feet. Acreage for Lot 1 increases from from .42 acres to .56 acres. Applicant is Eric and Jeanina Rose. Plat can be viewed at www.oakleycity.com under the public notice for this hearing. Pursuant to Oakley City Code 13-5-2-E-2, public comment is welcome through March 29, 2022, 4:30 p.m. Public comment can be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com or 435-783-0056.
