On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Wasatch High School standouts Kendyl Purdy and Payge Armendariz’s current college team, the Utah Valley Wolverines, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Dakota Fighting Hawks.
The game took place at GCU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Hawks this season.
The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 11:30 a.m. at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium against Arizona State Sun Devils.
